200 hour YTT, 50 Hour Kids YTT, 30 Hour Yin & restorative YTT

Yoga first came to me when I was in my teenage years, and through many different stages of life, yoga was right there as a foundation to my learning and growth. Finally in 2018, I knew that the passion I had come to find in yoga was something I wanted to share, so I booked my flights to Costa Rica. My 200 hour YTT study took place under Banyan Gallagher, amongst the jungle and monkeys. From there my practice has continued to evolve and deepen. I try my best to find a light hearted sense of play in every class I teach, holding space for students to make mistakes and learn from their struggles. I hope my students can create their own understanding of yoga and be able to carry it off their mat and see the magic that occurs when they shift from "doing" yoga to "being" yoga. I truly believe that there is a yoga for everybody and every BODY. Yoga is not a one size fits all but rather something each and every student makes their own.

During my off time, you're best to find me (or maybe you won't) off hiking somewhere on the weekends with my closest friends and dogs as I reconnect and recharge with humbling mama earth.
